What you'll do
As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Airomeda, you'll build production-quality interfaces for our finance, e-commerce, and enterprise integration clients. You'll work within a Next.js App Router and React Server Components architecture — owning performance budgets and contributing components to our design system.
Your job is not just to faithfully implement designs from Figma, but to question the technical sustainability of those designs. Lighthouse scores, CWV targets, and accessibility audits will be part of your everyday workflow.
Is this role for you?
We're looking for someone who cares about every pixel that touches the user, treats a performance regression as a personal defeat, and can speak the same language as a designer. We expect you to say "we could adapt it this way" rather than "this design can't be implemented." The expectation to own code, seek feedback, and stay open to learning applies at every level.
Responsibilities
- →Design and deliver product UIs for client projects
- →Contribute components to the internal design system

Requirements
- ·5+ years of production experience with React and Next.js
- ·TypeScript strict mode; treats type safety as a contract
- ·Obsession with Core Web Vitals and web performance
- ·Ability to read Figma files and contribute to design systems
- ·Accessibility (WCAG AA) and semantic HTML awareness
- ·Test discipline (React Testing Library + Playwright)
