What you'll do
As a Product Designer at Airomeda, you'll turn complex business workflows into intuitive interfaces for client projects in finance, iGaming, and e-commerce. You'll work closely with engineers, tracking how design decisions translate into code quality.
You'll manage design system components in Figma, stay involved in project flow via Linear, and conduct research to simplify user experience on regulation-heavy screens — payment flows, KYC forms, reporting dashboards. Design here is not decoration; it's a tool for making the product actually work.

We're looking for someone who believes design should serve the product team before it serves the end user, is comfortable with complexity, and can speak the language of an engineer. Responsibilities

Requirements
- ·5+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B or regulated sectors
- ·Fluency in Figma and Linear, including file organisation and component management
- ·Web awareness — able to read CSS and understand its constraints
- ·Capacity to manage the full process from research to delivery
- ·Portfolio showing case studies where you simplified complex flows
- ·Written English communication
