Challenge

TopRateBet was a new operator preparing to enter the gaming market. The goal was twofold: deliver a player experience that could compete with established brands on day one, and meet regulatory expectations with no last-minute gaps. Most platforms in the market today are stitched together from disconnected pieces — sportsbook, casino, live games and player management running on separate systems. That structure drives up operational cost and gives the player an inconsistent journey.

The internal team needed a single technical partner to take the brand to market. The platform had to cover everything from player registration to live casino integration, from deposit and withdrawal flows to the tournament and bonus engine — and reflect a consistent brand identity on every screen. By the time the licensing application was submitted, the audit dashboards, responsible-gaming tools and lawful-data handling all had to be working.

Solution

Airomeda designed an end-to-end platform that combines sportsbook, casino, live games and player management into a single console. The player moves from the homepage to tournaments, from the payment flow to responsible-gaming settings, with one identity and one visual language.

On the sportsbook side, the platform was delivered with a real-time match feed and a live odds board. On the casino side, more than twenty live game and slot studios sit behind a single integration layer — adding a new studio is now a matter of hours rather than days. A flexible bonus engine powers tournaments and free-spin campaigns; marketing can launch a new campaign from a single form.

On the player-safety side, automated identity verification, deposit limits, session timers and self-exclusion are turned on by default. Every financial movement is held in a tamper-evident audit chain so the operator can answer every regulatory question with proof.

Process

Months 1–2: Brand, market and regulation mapping. Translating the target market's licensing requirements into technical specifications. Anchoring the TopRateBet brand identity in the product; designing the player journey across registration → first deposit → first bet → first withdrawal.

Months 3–5: Core platform. Integrating sportsbook, casino, live games and account management. Bringing game providers behind a single connection layer. Building a bonus and tournament engine the marketing team can run on its own.

Months 6–7: Payments and responsible gaming. Optimising deposit/withdrawal flows, activating fallback payment routes, and embedding responsible-gaming controls into the player UI.

Month 8: Licensing readiness and launch. Audit dashboards, regulator-facing reports, documentation packages, phased go-live, team training and operational handover.

Outcome

TopRateBet's launch day completed without a single incident; the targeted first-week tournament drew twice the planned audience. Over 90% of mobile sessions load the homepage in under 1.5 seconds — a measurable advantage in paid traffic against established competitors.

Marketing's campaign preparation time fell from three days to twenty minutes. The operations team can now see every player and every transaction from a single console; regulatory audit requests are answered in an average of twelve minutes. The platform was built so that game providers, payment routes and new languages can be added without re-writing core systems — meaning no infrastructure decision is now blocking TopRateBet's growth roadmap.
