Challenge
Most online sellers in Türkiye list simultaneously on four to seven marketplaces — Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Çiçeksepeti, Pazarama, their own web store, and global channels like Amazon and Etsy when applicable. Every marketplace ships with its own panel, its own rules, its own product-attribute schema. When stock runs out in one channel and doesn't update in another fast enough, the day fills with cancellations, apology emails and refunds.
Off-the-shelf marketplace tooling is mostly built for non-Türkiye markets — it either skips local couriers, e-invoicing and returns flows entirely, or sells them as bolt-on modules. On top of that, small and mid-sized sellers face a real cost of producing product photography. Turning phone-captured photos into marketplace-acceptable images traditionally requires a photo agency and weeks of lead time.
Solution
Airomeda Markets is a SaaS platform that consolidates a Turkish seller's daily operation into a single window.
One window, every channel. Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Shopify, Çiçeksepeti, Pazarama, PttAvm, Amazon (TR and global), Etsy, eBay and others are managed through a unified connection layer. New marketplaces don't require a bolt-on — they ship the day the channel is added.
Real-time stock, price and orders. A sale in one channel propagates to every other channel within seconds. Price changes are made centrally and applied across all channels at once. Stock mismatches, double-sells and price errors — the annual five-figure cost lines for most sellers — disappear.
AI product-photo studio. The seller uploads a phone-captured photo; background removal, colour correction, product-shelf framing and shadow optimisation happen automatically, producing a storefront-ready image at every marketplace's accepted standard. Per-product visual prep collapses to thirty seconds.
Türkiye-specific modules. E-invoicing (Logo, Mikro, Paraşüt, Bizim Hesap), courier integration (Aras, Yurtiçi, MNG, PTT, UPS) and KVKK-aligned customer data handling are integrated by default.
Returns and customer messages in one place. Returns, Q&A and complaints across every channel flow into a single shared inbox.
Process
Airomeda Markets was designed on the real operational data of Turkish sellers. Six pilot sellers worked alongside the team for six months during beta; weekly field feedback set the roadmap order.
Phase 1: Core marketplace integration. Trendyol-first integration of the first seven marketplaces — product, stock, order and returns flows under a shared data model.
Phase 2: AI photo studio. Automated conversion of phone-captured product photos into marketplace-standard imagery. Pre-built scene templates across dozens of product categories.
Phase 3: Türkiye operations. E-invoicing, courier and accounting-software integrations brought online.
Phase 4: Multi-user and growing-seller support. Role-based access for team accounts, unlimited catalogue size, performance dashboards.
Outcome
Pilot sellers consolidated marketplace operations that previously ran across three people onto a single seat. Stock-mismatch cancellations dropped to near zero; daily admin time fell from four hours to forty-five minutes.
The AI photo studio puts more than two hundred products into storefronts every month per seller, with no incremental budget. Higher listing quality means pilot sellers land more often in the marketplaces' "featured" algorithms.
Airomeda Markets is positioned as the SaaS that supports the Turkish seller in their own home market first — stability, pricing simplicity, Türkiye-specific modules, and a four-hour-a-day labour saving.
“Every marketplace used to need its own person. Now a single team member runs them all. Because we can turn a phone photo into a storefront-ready image in thirty seconds, we can spend the photo-shoot budget elsewhere.”
