Challenge

Most sales teams at small and mid-sized businesses in Türkiye still build their prospect lists by hand — pulling business names off a map app into a spreadsheet, then dialing through them one by one. Large chunks of those lists turn out to be closed businesses, relocated addresses or wrong numbers; reaching a real prospect takes five or six wrong calls on average.

International lead tools either skip Türkiye data entirely or fail to read Turkish-character business names and addresses correctly. Most local services don't show the seller which fields are recent and which are stale — and offer no clarity about KVKK compliance when personal data is involved. Result: sales teams build their prospect lists slowly, while also carrying legal risk.

Solution

Airomedata is a SaaS platform that gives Turkish SMBs publicly listed business contact information together with a reliability indicator. It does not collect sensitive personal data — only the contact details businesses publish about themselves on the open internet.

Built for Turkish search. Everyday-language queries like "İstanbul Kunduracılar" or "Ankara Çankaya Diş Hekimleri" trigger a single-click search. Results come back as a tidy table with business name, phone, email, website, address and map location.

Multiple sources, one list. When the same business appears across multiple data sources, those sources merge in the background — the seller sees a single clean record. Which field was verified by which source is shown transparently.

Email verification and a confidence score. Every email is automatically verified; the seller sees a coloured badge marking it as active, risky or closed. Each business also receives a 0–100 confidence score: records cross-verified across multiple sources, with current phone numbers and live email, sit at the top. The seller filters the list by score and calls the real ones first.

Excel and CSV export. A filtered list exports in one click — Turkish characters render correctly in Excel; sales teams can import directly into their own CRM tools.

KVKK-aligned by design. The platform only collects publicly listed business contact channels such as info@ and iletisim@. No personal data is collected, sold or shared. Every search is logged with its data-source provenance for audit.

Process

Phase 0: Multi-tenant foundation. The platform's earliest version ran as a single-user research tool. Phase 0 turned it into a multi-tenant SaaS: organisation accounts, team members and subscription structure. Data is isolated by organisation — one company's lists are invisible to another.

Phase 1: Data-source unification. Multiple data sources merged into one flow; overlapping records combined by smart matching into a single entry.

Phase 2: Verification and confidence scoring. Email verification, automatic phone formatting and multi-source-grounded confidence scoring brought into the UI.

Phase 3: The Turkish SMB experience. Turkish-character support, map-based region selection, quick-search templates by category, and team list sharing.

Outcome

Pilot SMBs reclaimed most of the time they used to lose dialing wrong numbers and converted it into real customer conversations. Average monthly conversations roughly doubled with the same team size.

Over 90% of overlap between data sources is merged automatically, so the seller always sees a clean list. Verified email rates sit at 96%; sellers no longer chase down bounces.

Airomedata is no longer a database an agency sells you — it's the daily workspace for the sales team. Its KVKK-aligned scope lets SMBs build their pipeline without taking on legal risk.
