Challenge

Fortuneris was preparing a licensing application as a newly established investment firm. Approval required not only a strong corporate identity but an integrated customer-onboarding and data-management foundation that the audit team could inspect from minute one. The market also demanded a fast, trustworthy and transparent application experience for prospective customers.

Many new entrants in this sector commission their corporate site from one agency, their onboarding flow from another team, and their audit and reporting infrastructure from a third vendor. The result is fragmented — document gaps during licensing, operational friction after go-live. Fortuneris wanted to sidestep that pattern and grow on a single foundation from day one.

Solution

Airomeda designed the branded corporate site, the multilingual content infrastructure, the customer-onboarding wizard and the audit substrate as one continuous whole.

Corporate site. Bilingual (TR and EN), tightly aligned with the brand guidelines. Product pages, regulatory disclosures and content publication are handled from a back office the marketing team owns — no ticket queue for the engineering team.

Nine-step onboarding wizard. Personal information, address, occupation, risk profile and KYC documents are collected through a wizard broken into progress checkpoints. A customer who steps away mid-application resumes exactly where they left off. Documents are stored encrypted and accessible only to authorised reviewers.

Auditable data handling. Every login, every application update and every document upload is written to a tamper-evident event log. The seven-year retention the regulator requires is set as the platform's default — auditors can export the records they ask for instantly.

Secure access. Customer and staff logins use two-factor authentication, session limits and backup codes by default. Suspicious sign-in attempts are blocked automatically by rate-limit policies.

Process

Month 1: Regulatory mapping and brand. Translating regulator requirements into screen and process equivalents. Visual system and message framework aligned with brand guidelines.

Months 2–3: Corporate site and content workflow. Bilingual content infrastructure, content-management panel, marketing self-service publishing.

Months 3–4: Onboarding flow. Nine-step wizard, KYC document handling, resumable applications. Adapter pattern around the KYC provider — switching from mock to real vendor after license approval is a single config change.

Month 5: Audit and security. Tamper-evident event store, filtered audit views for admins, two-factor authentication, session management.

Month 6: Licensing package and handover. Panel reports that map one-to-one to auditor document requests; internal team training.

Outcome

Fortuneris submitted its licensing application on the target date, complete and on the first attempt. Auditor information requests were answered through the platform on the spot — no additional development cycles needed.

The first pilot customer completed the nine-step onboarding in an average of nine minutes. The support team can now answer every customer question with evidence — "what happened, when did it happen" is a click rather than a research project.

The platform doesn't need to be rebuilt when new products are added, when brand colours change or when a new language is introduced. Fortuneris will not be rebuilding its foundation for the next phase of growth.

We pulled every document our licensing dossier needed from the platform with a single click. Auditors didn't ask us to build anything extra. Our first pilot customer was onboarded in ten minutes.
