These terms govern the use of airomeda.com and the services offered through it, operated by Sad Marine FZE LLC ("Airomeda", "the Company", "we"). By using the website you accept these terms.

2. Our Services

Airomeda provides web and mobile application development, e-commerce platform builds, AI integrations, technical SEO, and ongoing maintenance and support.

Services are sold as fixed-scope packages at the prices published on the website. The contents of each package are listed on its service page. Custom-scope work is quoted separately.

All deliverables are digital: source code, deployed applications, technical documentation and support.

3. Orders and Formation of Contract

You select a package on the website and complete checkout.
Payment is charged to your card at checkout.
After payment you receive a scope document setting out deliverables, timeline and assumptions.
The contract is formed and work is deemed to have begun upon mutual approval of the scope document.

Unless stated otherwise, prices on the website are in US dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable taxes.

4. Payment

One-time packages are charged in full at the time of order.
Monthly service packages are charged automatically at the start of each billing period.
Card payments are processed through Stripe. Your card details are never stored on Airomeda servers.
If payment fails, the related service may be suspended.

5. Customer Obligations

So that the service can be delivered on time, you agree to:

Provide required content, brand assets, access credentials and feedback within a reasonable time.
Warrant that you hold the rights to any content, data or material you provide to us and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
Not use the service for any purpose contrary to applicable law.

The Company is not liable for delays caused by missing customer inputs.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership of deliverables produced specifically for you (source code, design files, documentation) transfers to you upon full payment.
General tools, libraries, internal frameworks and reusable components used by Airomeda to produce the work remain the property of the Company; you receive a perpetual, non-transferable licence to use them as part of the delivered work.
Third-party software and licences remain subject to their own terms.
All text, imagery, logos and design on airomeda.com belong to the Company and may not be used without permission.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will keep confidential any trade secrets and technical information learned in the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination.

8. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

We warrant that delivered work conforms to the scope document. Discrepancies reported within 14 days of delivery are corrected at no cost.

Otherwise services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. We accept no liability for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data.

This limitation does not affect any rights consumers have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend the service or terminate the contract in the event of non-payment, breach of these terms, or unlawful use of the service.

You may cancel your subscription or stop a project at any time, in which case the Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page and the date at the top is updated. Material changes are notified by email to active customers.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Ajman have jurisdiction over disputes.

For consumers resident in Türkiye, this clause does not remove rights arising under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, including the right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
